  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, julienned
  • 100 g blanched spinach
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste (gochujang)

Preparation

  1. Beef marinade: Mix the ground beef with the soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preparation of vegetables: Separately sauté the carrot, zucchini, spinach and mushrooms in a little oil with a pinch of salt.
  3. Cooking beef: Sauté the marinated beef until cooked through.
