Amaretti Cookie

Ingredients :

– 200 g ground almonds
– 100 g of sugar
– 3 egg whites
– 2 tablespoons of flour

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven.

2. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the almond powder.

3. Form small balls with the dough and place them on an oiled and floured baking sheet.

4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°.
